Happy 70th Anniversary to...US!!!

That's right, Reehorst Cleaners has been serving your dry cleaning needs since 1936! Where has that time gone? As we reflect on all of the changes our world has experienced in the last 70 years, we believe one thing has remained constant - our commitment to providing you, the reason for our longevity, the absolute BEST service in the area.

Apparently we've been doing something right! However, as much as we all love hearing how great we are, we realize there's always room for improvement and growth. That's where you come in!

Included in this newsletter is a link to our "Customer Satisfaction Survey". Please return/submit your survey either online, to one of our four convenient locations or leave it for your driver if on the Home Delivery Service, before February 28, 2006. From all returned surveys, we'll randomly draw three winners: one for a $70 Reehorst Cleaners gift certificate; one for a $20 Reehorst Cleaners gift certificate; and one for a $10 Reehorst Cleaners gift certificate.

As part of our year-long celebration, we'll have monthly contests and promotions to show our continued appreciation of your confidence in Reehorst Cleaners.

Q. Does frequent drycleaning shorten the life of a garment?

A. On the contrary, frequent cleaning prolongs the life of a garment. Not only do stains set with age, making the garment unwearable, but ground in dirt and soil act as an abrasive, like sandpaper, causing rapid wear of fibers.

Also, insects are attracted to many stains and soiled clothes, and could cause further damage.
