We Need Your Help

There are 5 common stains that get on clothes that are more difficult to remove than others.  If we know about them before we process your garment, we have a much higher success rate in removing them.  To keep it simple, the stains we need your help with are:                 

         Beverages – Wine and Brown beverages, such as
                            coffee, noted with or without cream,
                            tea, and cola

         Body fluids – Blood and Urine

         Ink

If you could make sure to point these stains out when you bring these problems into the stores, or if you are a Home Delivery or Express Bag customer, put these problem garments into its own plastic bag.  Include a note describing the stain, and stuff the plastic bag in with the rest of your order. 
 

Please also understand that it may take a little more time than normal for us to address these stains with all due diligence, so your garment may not be ready in the regular time. Do not fear, we will return it to you as soon as possible and with your help, in the best condition possible. We are very good at what we do, but with your help, we can do so much more!

 As the first leaves of autumn begin to fall, so does the temperature.  Time to get all those warm and snuggly sweaters out of the closet and ready for cheering at chilly school football games, or sipping hot cider as you and the family look for the biggest pumpkin in the patch.  Sweaters are a great way to look nice and feel good.  Everywhere, sweaters are coming out of storage and being put back into the clothing rotation. So now's the time to take advantage of our 'bring in three and only pay for two' Sweater Special for the month of September.  Restore the softness and keep the colors bright - just like the day you brought them home from the store.  So stop in at any of our four convenient locations to take advantage of this month's special. No coupon needed.

What a grand season we're in - Indians baseball, Browns football, and all the college and high school sports we could want! 

Try to get out with your family and take in a local high school sporting event.  Also enjoy the performances of the cheerleaders and the marching bands.  Buy a program, which benefits the athletics at the high schools, and patronize the merchants that advertise in the programs. 

Enjoy the season - and please drive carefully - school is back in session.
